the ibis hotel has an ideal location, just a short walk to the city center. the metro nearby made it easy to reach attractions like the atomium. our double sweetroom was small but convenient for our short stay, and the staff were friendly and spoke english, which was appreciated.

The reception staff were not welcoming at all. Didn't feel like getting any help with my bags, which was frustrating after a long trip. It took calling the supervisor for any assistance, which shouldn't be the case. A decent hotel overall, but service can be improved.
