Convenient Location with Minor Drawbacks
The location of this hotel is fantastic, making it easy to explore local attractions. However, the air quality in the room could use improvement. I struggled with dryness throughout my stay. For future guests, consider bringing a personal humidifier for added comfort.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the Grand Place and Manneken Pis. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had everything we needed to start our days exploring. Definitely recommend it for an enjoyable stay with great access to major attractions.
The reception staff were not welcoming at all. Didn't feel like getting any help with my bags, which was frustrating after a long trip. It took calling the supervisor for any assistance, which shouldn't be the case. A decent hotel overall, but service can be improved.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, just minutes from the Grand Place. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite cramped, with a frustratingly small bathroom where moving around was a challenge. Maintenance issues like flickering lights were also disappointing.

The room was comfortable and clean, ideal for my short business stay. The free internet connection was reliable and allowed me to work efficiently. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection, including freshly baked croissants and a variety of beverages, making it a great way to start the day. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to key business meetings and the main attractions.
The bathroom ventilation directed cold air towards the bed at times.
